3. Order and Payment
Orders are placed online. Payment must be made in full before service activation. Payment methods are specified on the checkout page.

4. Service Delivery
Service access (e.g., proxy credentials) is provided electronically via email or user dashboard within a reasonable time after payment.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy.

6. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for misuse of the services or violations of third-party terms by the Buyer.

7. Final Provisions
The laws of Ukraine govern this agreement. The Seller reserves the right to update the terms at any time without prior notice.
